Sumo is a super cute, super mushy purebred English Bulldog. He is 3 years old and weighs 55 pounds. Sumo is being picked on by the other dogs at his current home so we are helping to find him a new home. He could be an only dog or he could live with a female dog that won’t pick on him, but it’s probably best if he doesn’t live with another male dog. Most of the time he is good with cats although he occasionally will try to chase. Sumo is very friendly, affectionate and loving. He is good with all humans including children. He’s got a tons of personality and even “shakes” paw on command! Sumo is healthy although he does have typical bulldog health issues- he is prone to allergies and skin infections, he’s had several ear hematomas and, although he walks perfectly fine, he has slight hip dysplasia. He’s already had entropian surgery, ear hematoma surgery and a large skin fold above his nose removed because it was chronically infected. Now his eyes are doing great and his nose fold is nice and clean and infection-free! We will only consider placing Sumo with someone that has experience with this breed. We will only consider placing Sumo in theLos Angeles area.
