Paul Nison usually offer very simple and wise heath advice, BUT it seems lately he has been adding in some MAJOR illogical, exploitation acceptance, speciesism, fallacy riddled… NON-sense!

Paul Nison is seen here speaking at the Las Vegas Raw Food Cafe. Not knowing Paul was going to promote non-human animal milk, I went with an open mind, but when he started to promote dairy (secretions of bovid mammary glands) from imprisoned animals I used it as an opportunity to ask some challenging (makes one think!) questions and as you can clearly see he had difficulty answering. Paul Nison could not answer my simple question (asked twice) why he chooses to consume non-human animal milk instead of his wife’s milk (she was lactating having recently given birth), which can be consumed raw, organic and is the freshest and most nutritious without needing animal slavery and killing the baby kids of the goats. I do NOT condone consuming human milk unless you are a child with the proper amount of lactase production and I certainly do NOT condone consuming it from a non human animal at any age or stage of lactase production. Paul Nison seem to only be able to back up his milk promotion with personal testimonials and anecdotal evidence mixed in with his interpretation of the version of the Bible he has chosen. Paul Nison say that there is “NO bad health advise in the Bible”

The Bible says in the book of Genesis, Ch. No.1, Verse No. 29, that… ‘God has given you all the herbs bearing seeds, the trees bearing fruits – those that bear seed, as meat for you.’ The new International version says… ‘The seed bearing plants, and the trees bearing fruits bearing seeds are food for you, ALL of them.’
It does not take a genius to know that there are several POISONOUS plants like polyander, stritchi, datura, wild berries, plants with alkaloids, bacaipoid and much more – that when eaten can cause illness or even death. Why would the ‘Creator of the universe and the human beings,’ say such things if it knows that if you consume these plants, you could die?

“Our creator gave us milk.” Paul is correct… from our BIOlogical mothers!
The “creator” also gave us poisonous plants… with no guidebook… which has lead to the deaths of millions of people! Somehow Paul Nison seems to be UNaware that ~75% of the world population has problems digesting milk, since as adults, they are NOT lactase persistent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance#Lactase_biology) and thus has some degree of lactose intolerance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance#Lactose_intolerance_by_group) and yes that goes for the raw milk as well. But, maybe Paul believes those people were not created by his version of God!

Paul Nison on FEMALE MENSTRUATION
“The blood is unclean, which makes the woman unclean.” We will forgive the over generalization. So, I guess when Paul defecates he is considered perfectly clean, BUT his wife is unclean for several days during her menstruation!!! That’s not covered in the “scriptures” so Paul Nison may not know how to think about it.
“when a woman is on her cycle she is unclean” He stated he won’t even sit on the same chair that his wife sat on! Are you pupils dialated or eyebrows raised yet?

Paul on MEN’S BEARDS
“God wanted us to have beards” I guess Paul does not get around the world much, since most of the human population can NOT grow a beard!
Let’s ask Paul Nison if it is natural for some of his regular indulgences.
Is it natural for Paul Nison to: drive a car, fly in an airplane, talk on a cell phone, use a food processor, live in an earth toxifying man made house, sit in a chair, communicate by video, type on a keyboard for hours, wear shoes… promote idiotic thinking! OK maybe the last one is natural for human or at least sheeple!

Chances are, the questioner has just met an Akita, a Natural Treasure of Japan.

Akitas are most striking and impressive creatures with an attitude of nobility and an appearance of strength and power. Their most noticeable physical characteristic is a large, bear-like head with erect, triangular ears set at a slight angle following the arch of the neck. They have thick, stand-offish coats, and tight cat feet, well knuckled up. Their tails curl over the top of the back in a graceful sweep down the loin, into a gentle curl, or into a double curl. Their colors are rich and clear, like paint on a canvas.

Mature males measure at least 25 inches at the withers and weigh more than 100 pounds. Mature females measure at least 23 inches and weigh approximately 80 pounds.

Recognized by the American Kennel Club in 1973, the Akita is a rather new breed in the United States.

While the Akita breed is magnificently stunning this breed is certainly not a breed for everyone.

All breeds (mixes too) have some health problems which breeders and owners should screen for. Careful selection of a breeder who does a good job of screening his breeding stock for genetic diseases and defects will give you a much better chance of owning an animal who is not affected by one of these problems. If there is not a direct hereditary relationship for all these problems, there is still definitely a genetic basis for them.

The Akita is an impressive, striking animal, with proud regal bearing, size and strength to match his magnificent looks. The drawbacks of the breed are minimal to those who love these animals, understand their needs and appreciate the loyalty and devotion of the Akita dog. However, they are not for everyone, and if any of the drawbacks go against your nature, or you cannot handle a large, dominant dog, then the breed is probably not for you.

Clayton shows signs of breathing issues, sinus issues, boogers in nose might cause blockage through nasal breathing. he has his moments. his left ear twitches, like something in there, gave him ear drops to help clean it out. still no luck. older cats have problems and Clayton’s health is rapidly declining, he wants to have fun and his vision sometimes does not allow him too, or he not feeling the greatest. been to the vet a few times, although his behavior is not normal for his days being a cat. he is usually very happy and loves chasing things. recently he doesn’t chase, nor much activity. he does love to go outside, and watch birds and other grasshopper activities. im worried about his health because of the rate random symptoms are surfacing. help anyone?

My dog Zodiac on a raw food diet. He is eating some of his raw turkey. I do not usually feed so much meat, but its Thanksgiving, and he wanted something too
For anyone interested in this diet: This is the best your pet can get, natural, healthy, flavorful and very good for pets with dental problems. Ever since Zodi was started on the diet, he has been free of any health problems (fleas, hotspots, worms, infections ect). If you worry about parasites/bacteria, dogs and cats can handle these (even newly weaned puppies and kittens, all my feral kittens have been raised on this diet) they have been fine for thousands of years on this diet. Commercial (canned/dry kibbles) pet food has only been around for 60 years, and how did the dogs and cats survive before these? Raw meat and scraps. So if they were fine then, they will be fine now, I have talked to many experts, who claim that it can take up to a million years to change a species diet so dratically (from healthy meat, bone and organ to 80% grain) Commercial pet food causes VERY bad reactions in pets because most of them have preservatives that have been banned in people food because they caused tumors, birth defects, allergies, liver/heart failures and other bad things.. Some of them even have euthanized animals, yes it has been found by Ann Martin (author of food pets die for)that tons (literally) or euthanized pets go to rendering plants (where pet food is made). If any of these are found in your pet food, chances are your pet is eating its own kind: “meat by-products”, “meat and bone meal”, “meat meal” “meat trimmings”. Corn, which is a main ingredient in most pet foods, is an allergy trigger in many cats and dogs and is not needed, and has been found to cause seizures. It is used as a cheap filler.
Many vets are inexperienced with animal nutrition, and will recommend the wrong food because of lack of knowledge. Others recommend commercial pet food because they gain money (they usually sell the food, and can get up to 40% of the profits made). Sometimes they are ever bribed to recommend pet foods. But on with feeding raw.
This diet is about 90% meat and bones and the rest is organs, (only about one to two times a week add vegetables)vegetables, fruits (for dogs) For cats the diet is 90% meat and small/crushed bones (most of the time cats need to be trained to eat bone, start off with crushed bones, I use a clean hammer) and 10% organs. Do not bother adding grain or dairy, for pets do not need these and cannot use them, and they cause harm to the body. For energy dogs and cats use fats from animals. If you worry about exact nutrition, please don’t, when you make dinner for you or your family you don’t say “I need Xcups salad, Xcups beef, Xcups beans and three multi-vitamin supplements.” so why stress about your pet? As said earlier, before commercial pet food, no one fed a strict diet, and ther pets were much healthier than most today! (according to “Cat Fancy” magazine, the oldest cat they heard of was (believed to be) 29, and lived off of birds and mice. The oldest dog ever recorded was “Bluey” a blue heeler cross who lived in Australia before pet food was invented and ate raw kangaroo meat, bones and organs). Dont worry. I listed some recipes below.
Chicken Dinner (for a 30-40 lb dog)
1 pound chicken (with bone)
1 egg
1 tbsp vegetables

Beef and Sardine
1/2 pound beef (with bone)
4 fresh wild sardines
1 tbsp berries

Lamb Breakfast
Lamb necks
2 grape tomatoes
1 egg

Whole Rabbit
whole rabbit (with or without fur)
with organs intact

Whole chicken
small or large chicken w/ included organs
1 tsp fresh berries or herbs

CATS:
1-2 chicken wings
a slice of liver

OR

Chicken Frying parts with bone
heart

The price of the diet is quite cheap, I usually pay 3-13$ a week to feed 6 cats, and 10-23$ a month to feed a 40lb dog. (I usually get the “On sale” meats, which is just as good as fresh.
